TMBC Faculty Newsletter – Issue 24

In June’s Faculty Newsletter, we announced that as part of our strategy to grow the coaching business, our new 1:1 Coaching offerings include 3 new theme-based Coaching packages

  1. Burnout and Resilience Coaching
  2. Strengths-based Career Coaching
  3. Check-In Effectiveness Coaching

We are thrilled to announce we have the Coaching methodology, session syntaxes and tools for the Burnout and Resilience Coaching package ready for field testing! For those of you who would like to come play with us and be involved in the beta testing of this product with your clients, please reach out to shyanne.smith@tmbc.com for details.

Workmarket

We have been working with another ADP solution, WorkMarket, to implement a new process for monthly payments and other process improvements. Based on feedback provided during the June Faculty Connect, soon we will start the first phase of the WorkMarket deployment. This first phase will allow us to pay you electronically rather than sending checks via USPS (or UPS when the current process is delayed).

In addition to WorkMarket, we will also be rolling out new Faculty Agreements which will allow us to establish a simplified and consistent rate structure that is better aligned to the services we are currently offering. The new Faculty Agreements will also update confidentiality, security and technology/network policies to conform with ADP legal requirements.

Be on the lookout for future communications about the new Faculty Agreements and instructions for setting up your WorkMarket profile and financial (tax and bank) information – we will also host office hours to assist you in the setup process and answer any questions that you may have!

StandOut Debrief Certification

StandOut Debrief Certification Public Cohorts – Our August 16th and October 4th public cohorts both have open spots. If you know of anyone who is interested in joining either of those cohorts, please contact sue.wolfe@tmbc.com for additional details.

Our July 15th call will be focused on our TMBC Facilitation and Facilitated programs and will be co-facilitated by Erin Blodgett and Chris Burley. Although everyone is welcome, please note that the focus of this call will be exclusively on TMBC Facilitation and Facilitated programs.

Here are a few of the planned agenda items:

  • New facilitation rate structure methodology
  • Re-anchor TMBC’s differentiated approach to facilitation
  • New facilitator resources: virtual facilitation best practices, checklists, and TMBC Style Guide

Our August 19th call will be a Coach Connect call, formerly known as Coaching Circles. Andy Scantland will be leading this call and the focus will be Exploring Your Coaching Brilliance.
