Webinar Recording

Whether you were unable to attend or want to re-watch the webinar, click here for the recording – it will be available until Friday, November 11th.

Additional Resources

Several resources were referenced during the webinar:

  • Attached are some worksheets to help you manage burnout and build resilience.
  • The ADP Research Institute recently conducted a Workplace Resilience Study – click here to learn more.  Even if you haven’t measured Workplace Resilience yet, the attached Practitioner Guide for HR Business Partners can provide additional context on how resilience at work differs between team members, team leaders, and senior leaders.
  • If you haven’t taken the FREE StandOut Assessment to learn which of the 9 StandOut Roles reflect you at your best, you can take it here – it only takes about 15 minutes.

Today’s webinar was the first in a series focused on addressing some of the most pressing challenges you may be facing – both in and outside of work.  We hope to see you at a future webinar – in the meantime, if you want to know more about what StandOut can do for you, visit www.tmbc.com and have a look around, or reply to this email to let us know how we can help!

The StandOut Now website is being refurbished behind the scenes and will be ready for unveiling soon. Here’s a brief overview video of the enhancements for you to view. Please reach out to Sue (sue.wolfe@tmbc.com) with any questions.

IMPORTANT DATES

Coach Connect: Coaches, November 18, 2022; 9am PST

Hosted by Andy Scantland

Bringing our Whole Selves to our Work

In our November 18 Coach Connect, we’ll share ideas around how we best bring our whole selves to our coaching (and facilitation) work. Through group discussion, we will consider

  • what role might our own subject matter expertise play in a coaching call?
  • how direct can/should we be with a client?
  • how do we balance the belief in the client’s capacity to solve their own problems with bringing our experience?
  • Does this differ if we’re coaching vs facilitating?

And we might build some peer coaching into this process, just for fun.  As always, everyone is welcome- the more voices, the more ideas, the better!

We are in the final planning stages for the upcoming Faculty Summit on December 6th and 7th. We look forward to seeing everyone there. Please contact Kelly (kelly.moran@tmbc.com) if you do not have this invite on your calendar.

We’re thrilled to see you for this year’s summit, which will be unlike any other.  Our theme is “Level Up, Dial In.”  We’ll be focused on sharing the content and model updates to our core programs–which will help us all continue to offer on-brand, up-leveled coaching and facilitation.  Join us as we share and practice updated strengths content, activities and tools of our core strength programs. Please be sure to reserve these two days on your calendar now. Calendar holds have been sent from standoutld@tmbc.com. Those who participate in both full days of the Summit will be ready to meet our growing client needs, and will be given priority in assignments. We look forward to being in community with you at this event.
