“Marie-Claude Lapalme works with leaders and teams in major global organizations to tap into their full potential, maximize their impact on the organization’s objectives and lead effectively in an environment in constant transformation. She is a dynamic and skillful facilitator, known for helping leaders derive meaning from concepts and find impactful application in their day-to-day interactions that lead to enhanced performance.

Relying on her extensive international experience, she works in diverse cultural environments in both French and English. For example, she has trained the team at Handicap International Haiti to acquire coaching skills, coached leaders in France and the Carribean, and trained managers in the Republic Democratic of Congo to become coaches.

Her approach is based on the belief that sustainable performance within an ever changing organizational context requires challenging perspectives, eliminating barriers to collaboration and agility in leadership.

She holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BComm from McGill University. She is trained as a coach from the Coaches Training Institute and the Neuroleadership Group and is on the board of Coaching the Global Village. Marie-Claude previously held leadership roles in a global executive development organization and in the software industry in Silicon Valley. Marie-Claude lives in Montreal with her husband and daughters.”
